At Vapiano, we're a great Italian restaurant that creates everything from good old-fashioned Italian recipes using only the best local meat, produce, cheese and flour. And when we say local, we mean local. Whenever we can, we source everything from within 150 kilometres. And we grow our own herbs and make our own pasta and pizza fresh every day. Because even though the Daddo brothers rock, we reckon our Italian-Australian combination beats them all.
