There’s lots of interesting things about bruschetta. Like the fact that it dates back to the mid 15th century, which means that it’s actually older than white settlement in Australia. Or the fact that its name comes from the verb "bruscare," which means "to roast over coals". But the most interesting thing of all? It tastes bloody bellissimo.
