We are looking for amazing, talented, fun people who are up for adventure as we embark on our initial journey to open a fresh casual restaurant concept in Australia with our first opening set for the Brisbane CBD.

We are looking for people who are passionate about food and love the idea of cooking and serving guests at the same time.

You could be one of our amazing pizza or pasta cooks who prepare each order in front of the guest; help make fresh salads whilst our guests watch you at work; or work in our ‘pasta manifattura’ where we produce fresh pasta from scratch all day, every day.
