Antonio Ponto, a Venetian, sailed with Captain Cook on the Endeavour and reached Australia in 1770. He may have been the first, but since then Australia has embraced everything Italian with open arms – including Vapiano. We opened our first restaurant here in December in the new Albert Lane, just off the Queen St Mall, Brisbane. And even though Antonio got here before us, we reckon our Italian-Australian combination beats them all.

Vapiano is open from 11am to 11pm every day.
