The Roman empire conquered the world thanks to its superior army, stable government and excellent plumbing. Vapiano has taken the slightly less heavy handed approach and conquered the hearts of Aussies with our delicious fresh authentically Italian food. We opened our first restaurant here in December 2009 in Albert Lane, just off the Queen Street Mall, Brisbane. The restaurant was embraced with open arms and almost exactly one year later we opened our second restaurant in Soul Retail on Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. In the future, we plan on bringing our Italian-Australian taste sensation to even more locations, and unlike the Roman empire, we reckon we’re here to stay.
