At Vapiano, we create everything from good old-fashioned Italian recipes using only the best local meat, produce, cheese and flour. And when we say local, we mean local. Whenever we can, we source everything from within 150 kilometres. Like our fresh fruit, vegetables and extra herbs, which come from Bowen, Bundaberg, Gatton and Logan. So even though some of the recipes may be older than Caesar, the food definitely won’t be.
