Vapiano started in Europe and is well established with more than 97 worldwide locations and another 100 in development in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Which really is proof that everyone loves Italian food! Here in Australia, we opened our first restaurant in Albert Lane just off the Queen Street Mall in Brisbane, and our second restaurant in Soul Retail on Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise on 16 December 2010. There are more locations set to follow around Australia and in every location we’re keen to source only the best local produce. Because we want to be a tasty Italian-Australian – just like Tina Arena.
